Prior records from 1820 to October 31, 1996 are on microfilm or in bound volumes.
UCC (Uniform Commercial Code) records include fixtures & goods that are to become fixtures, oil, gas, minerals and timber to be cut.

While staff members are available to respond to brief inquires by telephone, you must do all searches in person. We do not give out book and page references by phone.
